Initial Assessment

A discounted private session for new clients, which provides the opportunity to go through your client enrolment form, discuss any relevant history, and establish meaningful and achievable goals to work towards. We will begin with some of the foundational exercises and also introduce you to the Reformer should you wish, preparing you with the basic knowledge to move forward into group classes with confidence, or establish whether private tuition—or a combination of both—may be more beneficial for you.
